Drop-in style classes for ages 18 and up. All experience levels welcome! Purchase a class card for discounted rates!

Adult Ballet

Designed to be accessible for all adults, with a focus on gradually warming up the body with ballet barre and center exercises. This class is centering, energizing, and fun! Our standard Adult Ballet classes are taught at an intermediate level. We also offer Beginning Adult Ballet as well as Advanced/Professional Adult Ballet.

Adult Progressing Ballet Technique

Progressing Ballet Technique is a conditioning class based around the classical ballet form. It's designed to hone and condition the muscles used for all movement, but especially dancing.

Taught by a certified instructor, this particular 8 week session is designed with adults in mind. It will build on exercises and routines to refine the participant’s understanding of their core, pelvic floor, back, and beyond. It’s easily modifiable up or down, depending on each participant’s needs.

Using a variety of tools such as yoga and pilates balls, there are similarities to both practices while referencing some ballet terminology. Prior experience with dance is helpful but it's not necessary.

Dancers must sign up for the full 8-week session--no drop ins.

Adult Musical Theater Dance

This is a fun, high energy class geared towards adults with some dance or theater background. Dancers will learn choreography inspired by some of Broadway's greatest hits!

Adult Contemporary

Adult Contemporary is a dance class that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, and ballet. Class includes a warm up, across the floor exercises, and choreography. Geared towards dancers with some prior dance experience. Come move with Mr. Miguel!

Barre/Pilates Fusion

Yoga ball and light hand weights will give you an extra burn in this strength-focused, low impact Pilates-inspired workout. With minimal rest in between each exercise, you’ll activate your core and engage your glutes using controlled movements while incorporating your breath. A fun but challenging group exercise class for all levels!

Sculpt & Strengthen Barre Blast

This class will be taught by one of our esteemed dance faculty members, Arianna Lawson. Barre is a workout technique that focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements. The class is focused on cardio, strength training and stretching. You will learn proper technique and form to help strengthen and tone your body. Come work out with us!

Foundational Flow Yoga

Foundational Flow Yoga is a mindful sequence of yoga postures and movements, designed to help improve strength, mobility and body awareness. Bringing attention to breathing and linking the breath to movement, creating harmony in the body.
